In the second week of march I have acomplished third in row training session in Valencia (ESP). These trainings were the final preparation for 2013 season and the upcoming world cup regatta – Trofeo SAR Princesa 44 Sofia – MAPFRE off the coast of Palma de Mallorca (ESP).
Together with the international group of sailors from Slovenia, Argentina,Uruguay, Russia, Germany, Hungary and Spain were trained at Dinghy Academy in Valencia (ESP), under guidence of olympic medalist in Finn – Luca Devoti and his team. Training took place in a very differentiated wind conditions, where each of finn sailors had the opportunity to compare equipment settings and trim skills in relation to the other sailors.
Valencia is located in the central eastern spain, about 300 km south of Barcelona, where daily breeze and mild climate allows sailors to sail all year round.
For me it was a very intense and fruitful period, I’m happy, motivated to continue on training and test my skills at upcoming regatta. Now I will spend a few days at home and on the way to Mallorca I will stop in Poznan for short physical preparation training.
Please keep your fingers crossed and follow my racing.
